Rachel has been a professional driver for over 27 years driving armoured 'cash in transit' vehicles, double decker buses and coaches in and around the London area. She also drove trucks and large car transporters all over the U.K and in Europe.

After transporting the NZ women's cricket team to their matches for the 1993 World Cup in England and having made many visits to New Zealand, she arrived back here in 2003. After spending 6 months travelling both islands, Rachel finally stopped in Feilding to take up a truck driving job with Foodstuffs in Palmerston North.

For two years she ran Rachel's Bus Tours using her considerable knowledge and skill to provide transport for groups.

Rachel has now moved the business to lovely rural Mangaweka, where she has taken over the cafe under the Iconic DC3 Aeroplane. From her new base she will support the local adventure companies by providing transport and running new tours of her own.
